Elegrity is an unusually business-centric technology company focused on facilitating and improving business processes and collaboration for corporations globally. 

Founded in 1998, the underlying premise of our company is the belief that success today and in the future relies on innovative and efficient collaboration. Teams will continue to be re-defined and increasingly transient – and GLOBAL. Even sales and marketing has become a collaboration with prospects. As a result, the new, most valuable intellectual property is the HOW to work to get the greatest, highest value leverage of team resources as much or more as the WHAT that gets produced. To be faster, better and more profitable requires a change in the HOW work is being conducted in a world of ever-expanding, ever-accelerating commoditization of both products and services.

We work with executives to identify and coalesce newly envisioned 'teams', and then work to define, refine and implement the business processes and technology infrastructure needed to coordinate and complete work efficiently and with embedded corporate governance.

  • High-Value Delivery: If what we can do for you doesn’t add value, then we shouldn't be doing it. We aim to provide greater value from every investment you make with us then you get from anyone else. Delivering real solutions, not just doing something, requires that we really care about our client's business and their people - and we do. Caring about the experience of every person that touches or is touched by a solution we deliver is the difference between getting something done and really providing value.
  • Responsibility:  To take more responsibility for delivery of our solutions than even the people we are delivering it for is our hallmark. We think about things beyond our 'deliverables' - like helping our clients prepare themselves for change. We do this without being asked, because part of our responsibility is being true team players with our clients.
  • Completeness: We aren't satisfied with what most might consider 'done'. Our definition of complete is always beyond what the scope says - it always includes a push past the end - into supportability and into evolutionary.
