A renowned international law firm based on the East Coast has completed its rollout of Elegrity's Law Business Management System to all 17 of its US and International offices.
Attorneys and secretaries now have direct and constant visibility into their requests, and the firm's risk mitigation strategies are codified into the workflow and sophisticated web application used globally.
Even during the rollout, the firm reports increased bandwidth for its operational teams as the direct result of the automation and process efficiencies the firm implemented during this initial rollout.
Exchange 2007 Migration for Global Financial Services Firm
Performed migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 for Global Financial Services Firm. Elegrity consultants collaborated with the firm on achieving the appropriate architecture and design for the new Exchange 2007 environment, including making adjustments to message store and storage approach in order to accommodate expected growth.
Contract & Procurement Request Workflow Solution
Elegrity consultants worked with the Corporate Legal department within a Biopharmaceutical organization to re-engineer and automate critical legal and regulatory related business processes. The project incorporates sophisticated workflow requirements as well as application-like user interface requirements, all implemented using SharePoint Workflow and InfoPath browser-based forms. Elegrity's long-term expertise in Business Process Automation and Management initiatives was sought by our customer to ensure success of this critical corporate initiative, which incorporates CFO, CEO and Board Member process approvals.

National XENApp 5.0 Server Rollout
National Law Firm works with Elegrity to rollout a new XENApp 5.0 Application Virtualization Infrastructure Nationwide.
Elegrity engineers leveraged our customer's pre-existing investments in Citrix technologies to deliver new virtualized applications nationwide to internal and external business users. Not only is XENApp utilized for virtualizing application delivery to end-users, but application streaming to the XENApp servers themselves is utilized to streamline future application provisioning to the servers themselves. In addition, all XENApp server environments are virtual machines themselves, lowering the firm's ongoing capital investments significantly. This project builds upon Elegrity and the firm's 10+ year partnership surrounding application virtualization technology leveraging for true business value.
International Law Firm Commences LBMS Rollout
A large, international law firm based on the East Coast has commenced rollout of LBMS to 18 offices globally. In addition, the firm will be leveraging LBMS to facilitate coordinated interactions for client/matter business processes with newly acquired firms in Europe.
Unified Communications Best Practices Assessment
Elegrity's Unified Communications experts assessed the current Unified Communications infrastructure in place at a global investment firm. The assessment examined current messaging, archival and disaster recovery capabilities. The end-deliverable included short-term and long-term recommendations for the firm, including recommended Best Practices.
Business Value Planning Services Engagement with California County Government Agency
One of Elegrity's Microsoft certified Business Value Planning consultants conducted an intensive 3-day BVPS engagement with the internal IT services department of one of California's largest County governments.
During the engagement, over 25 interviews were conducted across several interrelated departments in order to hone in on the core process issues that are hindering the group's growth plans. As a result, Project Portfolio Management, incorporating the ability to have visibility into cross-departmental resources needed to complete required projects was determined to be the core process in need of the most urgent addressing.
The engagement concluded with a robust deliverable providing the organization with a synopsis of the intensive analysis, and several implementable near-term initiatives to increase the collaboration and productivity of the department and their departmental peers.

Elegrity's Microsoft certified Business Value Planning consultants provide a comprehensive 2-year technology roadmap to a fast-growing biopharmaceutical company interested in getting greater leverage out of their Microsoft e-CAL suite.
The delivered roadmap included not just a project roadmap, with documented timelines and interdependencies, but also documented the alignment of these initiatives to the overall strategic initiatives of the organization.
