Merger Integration for Top 20 Law Firm
Elegrity consultants and engineers program managed, architected and then implemented a full systems integration of a Top 20 law firm and a mid-size law firm in 1.5 months.
The integrations incorporated a migration from GroupWise to Exchange email, an integration of Document Management systems, full desktop updates and several application version updates.
All aspects of the merger were orchestrated by Elegrity consultants. The actual integrations occurred over a 3-day period during New Year's Eve. All systems were online and operational on-time, per the constructed plan.
