Joy E. Spicer, President & CEO, Chief Strategist
Joy E. Spicer, founder, President & CEO of Elegrity, Inc., has over 18 years of strategic business and technology experience. 
 
Joy has evolved Elegrity, a WBENC-certified woman-owned business, over the past 11 years from a traditional systems integration consultancy to a uniquely equipped technology organization that provides both software products and services to multiple industries and global organizations. 
 
Joy helps Elegrity customers succeed by leveraging her unique combination of business and technology expertise in compliance, corporate governance, risk management, workflow, business systems integration and technology ideation. 
 
Often referred to as 'dynamic', Joy's contagious passion for leveraging creative technology solutions to deliver efficiency, agility, and fast ROI to Elegrity customers in each and every engagement permeates throughout the Elegrity culture, products, service offerings and customer relationships.
 
Prior to joining Elegrity, Joy held a Director of Engineering position at LANSystems, a national systems integration firm focused on providing technology services to the Legal industry.
 
In addition, Joy has provided consulting services ranging from strategic vision ideation, business process re-engineering, knowledge and content management, application delivery architecture and implementation, conceptual software architecture, technical project management, networking and systems integration to multi-billion dollar global organizations across a variety of industries and subject matters.
 
Valuing business alignment, quality of execution and customer satisfaction above all else, Joy's leadership has enabled Elegrity to maintain repeat customers for the life of the organization's history.
 
Joy is an active member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society and the Women President's Organization and frequently provides presentations on cutting-edge technology solutions for the Legal industry to the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
 
 


Craig A. Mason, Manager of Product Development
Craig A. Mason brings 20 years of technical, consulting, and project management experience to Elegrity, where he is currently responsible for Elegrity’s software and product development initiatives.
 
Craig has extensive experience in delivering web-based solutions with a focus on Business Process Management and Business Intelligence to the Financial Services, Legal and Biopharmaceutical industries.
 
Since joining Elegrity in 2002, Craig has successfully delivered dozens of sophisticated solutions to large multi-billion and multi-million global organizations incorporating a plethora of technologies, including but not limited to:

At the same time Craig is ensuring delivery of customer projects, Craig architects and oversees the development of Elegrity's commercial software offerings, now in use by thousands of users across the globe. 
 
In his last position, Craig was a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he delivered a wide range of engagements in both Australia and the United States, implementing complex web based software solutions. Craig managed the software product lifecycle across a wide variety of industries, including insurance, telecommunications, and high tech. Craig received a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Computer Science from the University of Queensland, Australia.


Timothy J. Conlon, Secretary of the Board
Timothy J. Conlon has been an active member of the Elegrity Board of Directors since 2000.  Prior to joining the board, Mr. Conlon provided consultation to Elegrity as a member of a local small business incubator.
 
Owner and principle of Conlon Consulting Group, Mr. Conlon continues to provide strategic consulting to CCG customers across the following areas:

•  Management Development & Evaluation
•  Business Development Programs
•  Organizational Communications Assessment
•  Corporate Governance & Restructuring


Prior to founding Conlon Consulting Group, Mr. Conlon was Director of Human Resources & Communications for National Refractories & Minerals Corp, an international, employee-owned company with sales of $120-million. 

 

Before becoming a founder/manager for NRMC, Mr. Conlon was Director, Western Region-Public Affairs, for Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation.  With Kaiser for 15 years, Mr. Conlonwas responsible for government affairs for three states and for issue management at the national level of select environment, energy and personnel legislation.

 

Before joining KACC in 1970 Mr. Conlon was an assistant editor/reporter for Business Week magazine in its San Francisco bureau.

 



Jeffrey Wolk, Treasurer of the Board

Jeffrey Wolk CPA is a financial advisor to business’ their owners and individuals with complicated tax situations.

 
In public practice for 23 years, Jeff’s mission is to maximize his clients' after tax wealth. Jeff specializes in small businesses and their owners and individuals with real estate and securities and other transactions. 

 

Jeff’s business clients operate in diverse market settings. The majority of Jeff’s customers are in professional services, construction and development, distribution and manufacturing.

 

Jeff has served as the company CPA for Elegrity, and joined the Elegrity Board of Directors in 2001 where he currently serves as the company's Treasurer.

 

Jeff is a member of Results Accountants Network(RANONE) and the California CPA Society.
